Shipping 

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipping delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

To return your product please email theconsciousmindcandles@gmail.com for return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Returns

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their new product. For exchanges and returns you have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please let us know if the items came damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theconsciousmindcandles@gmail.com
